Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Yes! Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will work together to get it resolved. However, in case of damage during shipment, please reach out to USPS and submit a claim. Mystical Fusions, LLC is not responsible to lost or stolen packages; and in this case, please contact USPS and submit a claim. We kindly ask that prior to contacting us, please supply us with the proper claim information. For additional information, please see Refund & Returns Policy.
Do you ship overseas or to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not currently ship overseas. We do, however, ship to PO Boxes located in the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. In addition, you will receive notifications once your order is out for delivery and once your order has been delivered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders ship within 3 - 5 business days and usually take 1 - 3 days to arrive via USPS depending on your shipping location.
How long will my candle last before I use it?
Mystical Fusions, LLC creates candles with soy wax, which improves over time. Allowing your candle to sit for a period of time will not affect its performance.

How fragrant is your line of candle scents?
Mystical Fusions, LLC crafts its candle with soy wax. Our soy candles utilize essential oils and fragrance oils, resulting in a more natural and pleasant scent profile. Many people find that soy candles have a strong "cold throw" (scent when not burning), meaning they can smell very fragrant in their container. When burning the size of the room where the candle is burned will affect how noticeable the fragrance is.
Why does the top of my candle look bumpy?
Bumpy tops are typical with SOY wax. They occur due to inconsistent cooling rates, a natural byproduct of soy wax that does not impact the candle.
Why does my candle wick have a black "mushroom" shape after burning?
Each wick burns with a gentle curl, leading to self-trimming, minimal carbon buildup (mushrooming), reduced smoking, and a steady flame.
